Just wanted to do a little shout out for my cousin Jason’s Brewery… the Tustin Brewery. They won a GOLD medal at the Great American Beer Festival for their Golden Spike Light.

They officially have the BEST beer in the United States!

Congrats to Jason and Johnathan Porter, job well done!

Once and a while I like to share cool things I have come across… well Heather Kent Art is something I thought very worthy of sharing. =} Heather is an uber talented artist friend of mine who has been making some very cool hand painted necklaces. She started selling them at the beginning of the month and they are selling like hotcakes. She can do pretty much anything… just ask! I am in awe of her talent. She also paints on a larger scale… specializing in Custom Dog Portraiture. They are fantastic. Some of her work will be on exhibit during the month of October at Averyboo Arts in Bixby Knolls. If you are a dog fan you must go see her work. She does commissioned pieces if you would like to have your dog’s portrait done.

Here are a few of her Hand Painted necklaces… they are so cool! I am amazed at the detail she paints on such a small surface.

ETA: I thought I would add this one… I just had her make it. LOVE it, too!

Of course I had to have a camera… I absolutely love it!

I think I will have to have her paint an entire line of vintage cameras. =}

My daughter fell in love with this one… and now owns it. =}
