{pixlr-o-matic…a new favorite}

Since my iPhone has pretty much replaced my point and shoot as my everyday camera, I am always on the look out for new apps to play with. Some of the camera apps are better than others and there are tons out there, so it is always nice to share awesome finds. I have a new favorite Retro iPhone Camera app that I recently came across and just thought I’d share incase you hadn’t seen it. It is super flexible and has tons of options and effects. It may just be one of my “go to” camera apps. Go over to the App Store and check it out for yourself.

{What do you see?}

I have been MIA again… although it was more like I was lost in Summer.

My kids went back to school last week and we have been thrown back into full on schedule mode, a crazy busy one at that. I think it will be nice to have some structure to the day, I honestly think we all do much better living that way. However, I will really miss having my people around. I love nothing more than being with my family and really find myself missing them when they are at school. Yes, I suppose it is nice to have a little bit of peace and quiet once and awhile…but then what? Personally I think I need a little bit of noise and chaos around me to feel completely comfortable… all of a sudden it is like I have an empty nest and I am not sure I really like it. I guess I just need to get back into my groove and I am sure it won’t be so bad. I know it will be much easier to get some work done. Until then I will be feeling a bit on the lost side. ;)

Anyway…

Being a photographer I think I will have to add this one to my collection. It is just too cute!!

Love these mugs from Photojojo… my only issue is that they are Canon and I am a Nikon Girl! ;)

I still think they are pretty stinkin’ cool.

I ♥ Faces {week 17} | “Smiles”

This week’s challenge over at I ♥ Faces is “Smiles”… this is my entry.

One thing that I love about my lil guy is the way he smiles with his eyes.

This is his typical “cheeky” smile that enables him to get away with oh so much around our house. :)

Being the “baby” of the family and the only “man-child”,

this little guy holds a special place in all of our hearts.
