Just a little reminder that all the images on this blog belong to ME and it is against the law to use MY Copyrighted images without permission from ME. Please do not reproduce these images in anyway… copying, printing, downloading to your hard drive, using them on your blog, etc. etc. etc… I think you get the idea, right?

Just a little information reguarding Copyright…

Thanks to the Berne Convention, at the moment of creation, when the artwork is “fixed” in some tangible form, copyright applies automatically. When a photographer presses the shutter release we are making a photo and gaining copyright to that photo at the same time. You don’t have to declare copyright or file any paperwork. It is yours to keep until you explicitly give it away or you die (copyright expires after you, the duration in the U.S. is the author’s lifetime plus 70 years)…

That basically means they belong to ME and YOU are NOT allowed to steal them!
And if you decide to I WILL follow up with legal action and that means a hefty fine. So please just save us both the trouble and hassle and abide by the copyright laws. My family and I would really appreciate it!  After all, this is how I make my living and feed, clothe and put a roof over my children’s heads.  =}
